THE PROCESS

PHASE ONE

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Whatever the occasion may be lets preserve it! Whether it be a wedding bouquet, a memorial arrangment or air dried flowers from your favorite memory, I'm thrilled to tranform it into a timeless keep sake. Choose your preservation options, fill out the inquiry form and I will provide a quote. Once your deposit is recieved the order is reserved.

PHASE TWO

SHIP OR DROP OFF YOUR FLOWERS

I can accept flowers from all over the United States! If you are not local to the Saint Petersburg/Tampa area in Florida, you will recieve detailed instructions via email on how to safely package your flowers for shipment. If you are local, I highly reccomend scheduling a drop off to avoid shipping costs. To ensure the flowers stay in prime condition during transit, it is imperative to over-night ship them no longer than 3 days. The fresher the better for the preservation process!

PHASE THREE

DRYING AND DESIGN

Once your arrangment is recieved, I will carefully select the freshest flowers and greenery to dry and preserve. My drying method takes several weeks to fully preserve the flowers natural shape and color; although not all flowers dry the same, and some flowers can even change color completely. (See FAQs page for more information). After your flowers are completely dried we can move on to the design phase. I will provide you with two design proofs for your main item. To prevent any damage or breakage to your petals, I can only re-design the layout of your piece once more after the initial two designs are sent. If for any reason you are not in love with any of the design proofs, there will be a $25 fee for each additional proof provided.

PHASE FOUR

CREATION

After I receive approval for design. I will begin to pour layers of resin over your arrangement until they are fully covered. The timeline for this process ranges as each customized preservation is entirely unique and requires a multitude of steps. My current processing time is approximately 8-12 weeks although can be subject to change. Preserving flowers is a very lengthy process when done properly and for this reason I cannot offer rush orders. Once your preservation is fully cured after its last layer, I will sand, polish and top coat. Finally, it's almost ready for its forever home! Your preservations will be inspected several times before packing up for pickup or delivery and I will contact you as soon as it's ready.
