1. Unique Handmade Products

 

1.1. Each product created by Floralchemy is unique and handcrafted, no one piece is like another.

 

1.2. While all products are quality checked before shipment, due to the nature of handmade goods, they may be subject to minor flaws.

 

2. Changes in Drying and Preservation

 

2.1. Flowers used in our products go through changes during the drying and preservation process, which naturally results in color changes.

 

3. Flower Condition 

 

3.1. Floralchemy reserves the right to refuse to preserve flowers that arrive damaged, wilted, or rotted.

 

3.2. Floralchemy will not be responsible for returning any unused flowers that are refused or unused for preservation.

 

4. Shipping and Liability

 

4.1. Floralchemy is not responsible for any lost or damaged products during transit or shipping.

 

5. Resin and Long-Term Changes

 

5.1. All resin can naturally yellow over time. Floralchemy assumes no liability for any such changes.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

6.1. Floralchemy disclaims any and all warranties, including all implied warranties of merchantability, regarding our products and services.

 

7. Claims and Reporting Damages

 

7.1. Any claim you make for any type of damage under this contract must be made in writing to Floralchemy within fourteen days of delivery of the product you have purchased.

 

7.2. Failure to make a timely written claim shall be deemed a waiver by you.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
